Y Lot permits are valid in Y and Jackson Lots only. Y Lot Permit holders who park outside of those three lots will be subject to citation.
Properly displayed permits are required and payment via meters or the Passport parking app is required 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. Enforcement hours are posted on signs located at the entrance to each lot.
Parking restrictions for fire lanes, accessible spaces, and for service vehicles, and other specially marked spaces, timed spaces, and no-parking zones are enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week in all lots.
