Poster specifications for Student Showcase
- Large format poster on 24# or heavier paper. May be gloss or matte (regular)
- Standard size is horizontal 36" tall x 48" wide. The poster may be smaller, or taller, but not wider due to poster backdrop size, with a maximum of 48" x 48".
- limited number of tables will be available for tri-fold style cardboard poster displays.
- Many of the printing options below require 3-7days lead time. Please contact the printers in advance to be sure you submit your file for printing in time.
- Poster should generally be designed on a single 3x4 ratio PowerPoint slide (or equivalent). Recommended to change document size to be 36" x 48" for best accuracy and best print quality. Save and submit as a pdf for submission to the printer.

Some departments provide students with complimentary printing services or funding to print through the MAST Institute.
School of Biological Sciences and Audiology/Speech Language Sciences also provide in house printing for students working with faculty in those departments.
